Specialising in home furnishings, the company wanted to deploy a Data platform to support its 3-year growth plan, with 3 objectives: - Break down the silos between Industry and Distribution to provide an end-to-end view of the business - Enhance the management capabilities of the various business lines - Unite all the teams around the development of data
To meet these multiple challenges, it was necessary to be able to manage and monitor cross-functional action plans between Finance, Production and Retail.
Keyrus Management accompanied this global data-driven transformation process by involving the company's key players to a large extent: - Interviews with BU Directors to identify the scope and understand the short- and medium-term management challenges, - Mapping existing reports to list use cases, KPIs, analysis areas and data sources, - Conducting business workshops to define the target macro use cases to be integrated into the Data Platform, - Identifying the expected productivity gains and the value generated in terms of business development thanks to the implementation of the Data Platform, - Prioritisation using a questionnaire to build the deployment roadmap.
This project has made it possible to centralise the data needed for management purposes and to provide access to data across all departments.
