Our client is a French international group specializing in resource and energy management. The challenges of sustainable development and resource conservation are at the heart of its activities, and are integrated into the calculation of bonuses for Executives and Senior Executives in line with the Group's why we exist.
The bonus calculation application had evolved little since its implementation, and knowledge remained highly concentrated around one person. As part of an organizational change, we had to develop the application to optimize its use and integrate new CSR criteria, and support the team's skills development in the application.
Keyrus Management helped the team get to grips with the application and define and implement its upgrades: - Framing of requirements and definition of the application evolution roadmap - Implementation of Quick Wins evolutions to enable the launch of the next bonus calculation campaign and optimization of existing dashboards - Enrichment of new criteria based on the Group's "Raison d'être" and contribution to the optimization of data feedback and bonus calculations according to the criteria selected by each individual. - Support the customer team's development of skills in the application through a co-modeling approach. - Provide user support during the campaign for data feedback and bonus calculations.
Rapid transfer of skills to new team Overall improvement of the application's ergonomics and dashboards, co-designed with the team. Expansion of the bonus calculation perimeter to include new raison d'être criteria in line with the Group's CSR strategy. First Bonus campaign efficiently run by the new team.
