As the Group's business model has evolved significantly, the management model has been adapted throughout the Finance IT ecosystem, with the need to renew the training system accordingly and to be able to deploy it rapidly on an international scale.
As the existing training and knowledge management systems had not evolved much in relation to the challenges of the Finance Function, the Finance Department wanted to revitalise the management of resources and skills by setting up a Finance Academy enabling the deployment of digital and innovative training solutions based on a completely revamped offer.
Support in 4 areas: • Framing and analysis of needs: Finance and operational interviews to understand the needs (business, technical and soft skills, etc.) • Definition of the Finance Academy's roadmap: mission, roles & responsibilities, governance, sizing & budget over 3 years, targeting the first specific modules • Preparation of the launch: design of the portal, structuring of the offer around 100 core modules, design of the Learning Path Controlling, definition of the educational charter, communication plan for the launch of the Academy • Conception, design and development of specific business modules on the Group's performance measurement model • Principles for managing and running the Finance Academy (run mode)
The Finance Academy was designed and launched in less than 8 months, offering a wide catalogue of generic and specific content. The focus on digital content made it possible to control costs and facilitate the distribution of an offer structured by course. In addition, a network of experts was set up to manage specific skills.
