Our client is a French public financial institution specialised in economic development. In order to fulfill its mandates with the State, its partners and its clients, it need to accelerate its digital transformation, particularly around a platform strategy. In this context, the digital entity had to anticipate the evolution of its skills to serve the business needs.
To ensure that it has the necessary resources (staff and skills) to carry out its current and future missions in the areas of Data, Product Management and the Cloud, the institution wanted to implement a structured approach to the forecasting of its digital skills.
A Keyrus Management approach focused on short and medium term strategic business issues to propose operational actions: • Diagnosis of the GPEC process & detailed recommendations for an agile and data-based organization • Identification of the digital skills required to meet their business challenges • Definition of HR action scenarios by business line: skills acquisition, training (make or buy), careers & mobility, recruitment • Planned management of jobs and skills forecasts: job descriptions and career paths within the digital sector
• An operational action plan to guarantee the implementation of a sustainable employment and skills forcast service offer through an agile, data-driven and business-oriented organization • A perspective on the evolutionary paths within the digital sector and the scenarios for the acquisition of skills to bring these paths to life
