As an international company in passenger transport (metro, bus, streetcar), our client develops and operates mobility solutions in partnership with public decision-makers that meet the needs of passengers and respond to the constraints of the regions. Transitioning to a different energy supply is a major strategic challenge for the client who has a target of covering 70% of its kilometers with alternative energies by 2030.
The way we operate has changed and new calls for tenders require the use of alternative energies (hydrogen, biofuel, etc.) in ever greater proportions. All the players - from drivers to subsidiary managers and members of the Executive Committee - must be mobilized to understand the business challenges and to commit to this energy transition.
A training program on the Energy Transition has been launched throughout the Group. Keyrus Management helped design the materials and manage the deployment of the training: • Engineering the CODIR subsidiaries and head office modules targeted on the consulting approach towards the Organizing Authorities on decarbonation and depollution: capitalization on technical elements and internal expertise contributions, development of a common message for the managers • Engineering driver modules focused on new driving practices for electric vehicles • Training of trainers (subsidiary managers) • Support for program deployment management
By providing support in terms of pedagogical approach and coaching, Keyrus Management facilitated the deployment of the Energy Transition training program to a demanding target population of managers and operational staff.
