key HR processes optimized for improved data reliability
Our client is a leader in the French real estate market. Its ambition is to position itself as the leading real estate services platform. This involves moving from a vertical business structure to a customer-focused organization, and effectively managing HR implications in a context of growing headcount.
The challenge is to meet the strategic deadlines of the SWP project, and to ensure the reliability of the HRIS project, by relying on reliable data to respond to key HR issues. The aim is to co-construct a common "repository" culture in a progressive and sustainable way, through shared governance, clear arbitration and a pedagogical and pragmatic approach.
Keyrus Management's intervention took place in several stages: - A document analysis and interviews with each business and HR division. - An assessment of the relevance and quality of available HR data. - Workshops on governance and operational excellence to define the structuring principles of the SWP project. - Construction of quality standards for key processes (completeness, relevance, freshness) - Creation of tools to help functional staff implement these standards. - Coordination with HR Data managers to integrate and visualize data for operational staff via Toucan Toco. - Initialization of a community of players (HR, IS, HRIS) to perpetuate the benefits of the project.
In the short term : - Global reporting on homogeneous and reliable perimeters - Harmonized workflows for HR processes - Streamlined administrative tasks - Process industrialization to support company growth In the longer term, a cornerstone for the implementation of the SWP, with aligned repositories that will benefit all future HR projects.
