Background

A world leader in the distribution, design and manufacture of articles and services dedicated to Sport and Leisure, the organization has undergone significant change, with a redistribution of roles and perimeters across all areas of its business model. Management wanted to adapt the steering model and the associated IS to develop the performance culture, from central teams to stores.

Challenge

Successfully implement a global transformation of the management model and processes for the entire Group, i.e. all business lines and all countries (presence on all continents).

Approach

Keyrus Management supported this customer in the following stages: • Framing and drafting of a project charter to engage management in this global transformation • Overhaul of the steering model for all the group's business lines and business model components • Reflection on the change of EPM tool and support for the vendor consultation process (6 months) • General design (target functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting and management reporting) • Project launch and support for new project teams during the implementation and deployment phases •Implementation of an appropriate change management plan, accompanied by a design and production guide for the actions to be taken.
