Background
An international player in security and identification systems, our customer had deployed an Anaplan solution for its financial and HR management needs. The subject of capital expenditure, however, remained largely untouched, with budgetary elements communicated mainly by e-mail and Excel files.
Challenge
In order to better control CAPEX, the ambition was threefold: - better control the progress of capital expenditure validation, - develop a better ability to model the corresponding cash flows
Approach
Keyrus Management worked with this customer to provide them with a complete monitoring model as quickly as possible: - modeling of the various validation workflows specific to each BU - development of a monitoring cockpit, providing a global view by type of CAPEX and by budget validation stage, from request to payment - the ability to simulate cash flows and update forecasts according to actual investment dates and payment schedules
