HR reporting indicators
The Group resulted from the merger of two retail players operating in complementary sectors and with different cultures. Post-merger, it wanted to set up a unified HR performance management system.
Heterogeneous HR data management practices between the original entities. A strong need for analysis and pooling prior to the deployment of new HR dashboards.
Keyrus Management helped the Group carry out a complete HR Data diagnostic, enabling it to establish a structured roadmap: - Initial scoping and prioritization of scope of intervention - Production of functional and technical maps of HR data by tool / business process, completed by a map of repositories - Assessment of data maturity & recommendations for improvement - Mobilization of key players (HR, HRIS, DOSI, Finance, CDG) to facilitate access to data and validate the diagnosis - Definition of action plans for all HR data areas (architecture, data models, repositories, data quality, governance, reporting) to secure the dashboard design project.
The HR Data Roadmap provided the Group with a 2-year, 360° vision of all the projects it needed to initiate in order to deploy reliable HR management dashboards using a harmonized language. The prioritization of steering indicators has enabled a rapid return on investment, the creation of a virtuous circle and the buy-in of all those involved.
