A leader in men's ready-to-wear with a presence in 30 countries, our customer wanted to deploy a Group ERP system to boost the efficiency of its financial processes and improve the quality of its reporting.
The finance department was faced with the misalignment of its management reporting in the BI solution and its consolidated accounts in BFC. Two challenges had to be met: - Converge the two models to provide a secure view of results and better control reconciliation operations, - Take advantage of the ERP project to improve the performance view.
Keyrus Management supported this customer at various stages: - Analysis and diagnosis of the existing system from an organizational, functional and technical point of view, to highlight sources of discrepancies. - Definition of the functional target to limit gaps between consolidation and management, and simplify reconciliations - Drawing up a target analytical repository to be implemented in the new ERP system, in order to develop new management indicators (KPIs)
Keyrus Management's involvement has helped to promote a common language between the Group's management and consolidation systems and teams. The definition of new governance rules for the analytical repository has resulted in a more efficient financial management system.
