Background

Our client is a large company in the public sector that plays an essential role in the animation of territories through its various businesses, particularly around logistics and last mile delivery. In this context, it has acquired a startup that has developed a marketplace solution for local authorities to facilitate access to e-commerce for local businesses.

Challenge

At the end of the first fiscal years, which enabled the subsidiary to develop its locations and significantly increase its number of retail customers, the Group's strategy department asked Keyrus Management to evaluate the size and potential of the market, to identify development opportunities and scenarios for its positioning.

Approach
