of employees "not connected" on a daily basis
Our customer is a French international group specializing in resource & energy management, serving local communities and businesses. A significant proportion of its employees are "unconnected", limiting the ability to collect HR data.
The increased challenge of managing HR to meet the needs of the various business lines across the entire population has come up against a broad HR/HRIS ecosystem, a wide variety of practices and a degree of complexity in accessing data. The Group has launched a major 3-year HR Data roadmap initiative, based on a detailed diagnosis of the issues at stake.
Keyrus Management supported the group in this ambitious but key initiative to equip its HR performance management & optimize access to qualified data. - A pragmatic approach based on mapping and analyzing the problems encountered by the various HR Data users, and prioritizing their resolution. - A detailed 360° diagnosis of HR data: repositories, governance, architecture, data quality, reporting, etc. - Definition of a 3-year strategic and operational roadmap aligned with the HR Department's business challenges and the Group's Data strategy - Mobilization of HR sponsors to drive the strategy and support the approach with the numerous local Business Units (60 BUs).
A multi-dimensional vision of HR Data projects to give meaning and guarantee overall consistency with the Group's Data strategy and the HR Department's business strategy.
